Celartem Caminova DjVu SDK is a multi-platform DjVu decoder/encoder library completely written in C++. The feature list are shown

All the functions of the library is under control of
License System and you should obtain a valid license when distributing your products based on the library. For evaluation purpose, no license required but your code will stop working after two weeks from the build time.
To get started, we recommend you should read Developers Manual that is physically shipped with Celartem Imaging SDK for DjVu CD-ROM or it is also in CD-ROM as a PDF document. There are also simple tutorials in this manual; see
